Report released into serious injury of a worker at Thuddungra Mine

The Regulator has released an animation and investigation report (PDF, 8.15 MB) detailing an incident at Thuddungra Mine in which a worker was seriously injured after slipping and falling into a conveyor chute.

On 10 August 2021 a 54-year-old mine worker suffered a chest injury when he fell into the entry chute of a conveyor and became buried by mined product.
